MR. SAGAR VISHINDAS – TUCAN COUNTRY CLUB & RESORT PROJECT PROMOTER  

Mr. Sagar Vishindas, a third generation of an entrepreneurial Hindustan-Panamanian family, is the President of Tucan Real Estate Holding, Inc., and the individual responsible for the development of the Tucán Country Club & Resort Project. Once completed, this  project expects to generate an estimated 450 direct employees and 900 indirect for the Republic of Panama.

Two very important strategic alliances have joined Mr. Vishindas to accomplish the construction of Tucán Country Club & Resort, and they are: “Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria – BBVA” and “The Bank of Nova Scotia – SCOTIABANK”.

These two well-known financial institutions have created a syndicated credit facility to provide financing to Tucán Country Club & Resort Project.
