TÚCAN COUNTRY CLUB & RESORT, PANAMA

MARCH 2007 – PROGRESS UPDATE.

Progress at Tucan Country Club & Resort, continues at a brisk pace as we are preparing to start delivering our first units in June of this year. Terrace Condo buildings 18A through 24A will be the first to be delivered, followed by buildings 50A through 60A. As we look around the development, signs of activity are prevalent throughout. Buildings are going up, roofs are being attached, finishes are going in, and Brick Pavers in the roads are being laid.

The Security Gate House was completed earlier this year, and now we are in the process of adding a dramatic water-feature that all residents will pass when entering the development.

Good news for resident of Terrace Condos 66A! Ground has broken and foundations are being laid as we speak. Expected completion is March 2008.

Work has started on the temporary Club House facility which will include a restaurant, bar, Spa and new Sales Center. 2 Tennis courts will also be built immediately.

A few lucky residents have been visiting Tucan on a regular basis to test their skills on the front nine of the Championship Golf Course. Despite the wide open fairways, most have found the course to be rather challenging. (Wait until they play the back nine – which includes our signature 14th hole – a double-dog-leg Par 5, and our Par 3 with an Island Green on #16).
