July 2008 – PROGRESS UPDATE.
Dear Tucan Residents
Our dry season here in Panamá and ended and the wet season has come, bringing good news. This month, July, we will begin delivering residences to the owners of terrace condominium buildings 18 and 20. Next month in August, buildings 22 and 24 will be delivered. As every unit is finished, they will be delivered in the same manner.
More Good News
During the next several months we will be in the process of building the temporary “Clubhouse” facilities, which will consist of the following:
• “Pro-Shop” where the golfers will be able to buy everything they need for their golf game and will be able to reserve their tee-times.
• An excellent restaurant where you will enjoy great dining with a varied menu, from pizza to quality cut steaks.
• A first-class spa where you will be attended by professionals who will guide you through healthy and relaxing treatments.
Golf
The practice putting green is now in place where golfers can practice prior to going out and taking on our very challenging golf course. Additionally, the driving range has been planted and we continue to nurture its growth so that it will also be ready shortly for our golfing residents.
Eagle’s Landing
In February, we started the construction of the “Eagle’s Landing”, a condominium of 7 floors with spectacular views of the city and the Panama Canal, located right next to a lush, tropical rainforest, giving the resort a special flavor of luxury and tranquility. Additionally, the “Eagle’s Landing” is a luxurious condominium building with a social area exclusively for the building´s owners, consisting of a swimming pool and small fitness center. This building will have two and three bedroom apartments that will be ready to be delivered to their inhabitants in the middle part of next year. Forest Tower
It is important to notice that Tucan Country Club and Resort continues to grow, and we are now offering another building, the “Forest Tower” which is now in the pre- construction phase. The apartments start in the 1050ft2 range with pricing in the $248,000’s. The architecture of the building blends harmoniously in with the country club and resort and consists of 47 apartments, located within the six-story structure. The two bedroom and two bathroom apartments come comfortably equipped with central air-conditioning and a complete kitchen appliance package. This building, in addition to all the others that we offer within our resort, continues to be superbly located close to the city and just five minutes down the road from Howard Air Base, which itself is being developed into a highly important business center for the region.
Terrace Condominiums
We would also like to announce that we have started the construction of Terrace Condominium buildings 62 and 64, of which you can see the construction progress by clicking on the “Image Galleries” section, found within our website. These buildings are planned to be delivered in the first part of next year.
In the past few days, the electric company has finished installing the electricity of our resort and at night we can now see our antique style lampposts at night illuminating the beautiful paving stones placed throughout the resort.
