TÚCAN COUNTRY CLUB & RESORT, PANAMA

February 2008 – PROGRESS UPDATE.

Dear Tucan Residents:

The dry season (summer, as we call it here) has arrived and we are enjoying fantastic, sunny weather here in Panama. We are very happy to let you know that beginning in March we will start to deliver the condominiums, buildings 18 and 20. Condo buildings 22 and 24 will be delivered in April and from thereon, deliveries will be on a constant basis as we finish each unit.

TROPICAL PARADISE

Soon, for the exclusive use of our members, we will have available a spa with first class facilities that are being put together for your pleasure and enjoyment. This is just one more feature that will be a part of the exclusive TUCAN Life Style.

In January, we started the construction of The Eagle’s Landing, the condominium building which offers seven floors, spectacular views of the Panama Canal and the impressive skyline of Panama City.
